• Everything is built in your own accounts, under your logins.
• If you stop support, it keeps running, and you keep the written notes.
• No customer or patient records are copied or exported.
• Testing uses staff phones and test contacts.
• Setup may be done with AI-assisted tools under Clint's supervision, in a user seat you control.
• Nothing goes live until you approve it, and staff stay in charge of what gets sent.
• When requesting a review, describe the process only; don't send customer or patient records, passwords, or payment information.
